HB: Did you get any in your bowl?
SPAL: Nope.
SPAL: Mummsy says we can’t have any.
HB: I wonder if any fell between the sofa cushions.
SPAL: If any did, Daddy-o more than likely sucked them up in the Boogie-sucker.
HB: I don’t like that thing. It makes me want to chase and bite it.
SPAL: I just go into my house and hide. It’s way too noisy.
HB: How about No-No’s room? I bet she’s got some.
SPAL: That’s possible. She does have an endless dessert buffet.
HB: Yeah. But her door is closed.
SPAL: Oh. I wish Boo-Boo kitty was here. She was the best for confiscating the stuff. She used to hide it in a cubby hole somewhere in Mummsy’s kitchen. I sure do miss her even though she used to pee on everyone’s bed.
HB: What’s a Boo-Boo kitty?
SPAL: She was my big kitty sister.
HB: What’s that?
SPAL: Never mind, stupid. Let’s keep looking for the treat. There has to be some crumbs somewhere.
HB: How about Daddy-o’s side of the bed?
SPAL: Nah. The Boogie-sucker swept around his side already.
HB: I’ve got a question then.
SPAL: What’s that?
HB: Do you think this guy got some?
SPAL: Looks more like he got a nice kiss.
HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY EVERYBODY!
HB: Whatever chocolate you all don’t eat, throw our way, okay. But don’t tell Mummsy.
Hey, you guys are sweet enough! Besides chocolate isn't good for you. (^;
ReplyDeleteBut chocolate is tasty.
DeleteLOL - have some kisses and hugs - I have been told they are chocolatey <3
ReplyDeleteWe like those, too.
DeleteDuke says that he would share, but even if he did get any, he would probably and accidentally eat it all first.
ReplyDeleteWell, Duker is bigger.
DeleteI know it's tasty, lads, believe me I know, but Mummsy knows chocolate's not good for doggies.
ReplyDeleteI wish Boo-Boo Kitty were still around she'd get us some.
DeleteDidn't anyone tell you pups that chocolate is a no-no for dogs?
ReplyDeleteMummsy does all the time. And please refrain from calling us DOGS. It's a bad word. We're fur people.
DeleteEveryone knows that chocolate isn't good for fur people...so, stop begging for it. You'll get sick and you don't want that.
ReplyDeleteHow can something so good make us sick?
DeleteChocolate is a DEFINITE no-go for fur people! Their digestive systems are not designed for it - that needs to be drummed into their heads... LOL
ReplyDeleteHAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY TO YOU GUYS!
Sarah got your answer. What's wrong with Blogger? Anyway to Sarah, we're always glad to make you smile.
DeleteLove it! Sooo funny Shelly. I don't have a pet (used to have a cat I adored) but just the other day I stopped by at a neighbors house who has a dachshund. I put my bags down and I had the back to the dog while we were talking. All of the sudden I see my neighbor look behind me and run after the dog. Can you believe he went into my bag and fished out my packet of gum? I was laughing so hard.
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's Day to you too.
Peppermint gum is yummy. We go into Mummsy's purse all the time. Sometimes it stuck in my fur down by our butts and Mummsy has to cut it out with scissors.
DeleteHilarious, as always :) You consistently make me smile.

But that's not fair.
ReplyDeleteSorry, doggies, but you'll get no chocolate from me. And if you get some by accident, we'll make you drink nasty stuff to make you throw up.

I don't think Sir Poops would like that very much. It wasn't long ago when he was puking and pooing for three days straight because of cheese and snacking out of No-No's garbage.
DeleteI've got plenty over at my blog. Come on down boys!
ReplyDeleteOkay. We'll be right over.
DeleteYou two are just too cute. Happy Valentines Day back at ya. Instead of chocolate, wouldn't you want lots of hugs?
ReplyDeleteHugs, kisses, treats....
DeleteSir Poops-a-Lot. How I've missed your adventures. I must tell you about my new friends Sapphire and Steel ;)
ReplyDeleteAre they single?
DeleteAwww... those babies deserve a special treat today! I'm heading out to get one for my pups soon.
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's Day, Shelly! Hope it's the sweetest!
EJ
Thanks, E.J. You, too.
DeleteI couldn't do that; chocolate would make you terribly sick!
ReplyDeleteCute. :D
Awww...man.
DeleteAwww! Hope you had a wonderful Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteChocolate isn't good for dogs, even cute ones. ;-)
ReplyDeleteAwww...man.
DeleteToo bad chocolate is bad for dogs, although my first sheltie used to eat it. I was ignorant then...it never affected him, thank God. Your pooper are ever adorable. :)
ReplyDeleteWell, pansy-boy was sick a couple weeks ago because he at cheese. But we both like chocolate and the house has been swept clean of it.
DeleteAwww so sweet! Yes, a special treat should be for you~
ReplyDeleteThat heart can be filled with a few doggie treats and you will love it! Who doesn't love a cheesy heart?! ;D
ooops just saw pansy-boy was sick on cheese, beef or maybe one of those toy balls you put peanut butter in...
