Sir Poops is Chillin’

IMG_0176 Good morning, nice people! Sir Poops here. I hope everyone has been having fun with the A to Z Blog Challenge. Hair Ball and I have been hanging out rethinking our Nosh Post Interviews.

We’d really love an interview with Penny the Pawblisher and the Two Square Dogs, Hammish and Watson. But for now, we’re chillin’. Mummsy’s been concentrating on her writing projects. She’s up early in the morning working on her second book to her YA/Crossover paranormal series, Lila’s Journey. Can you believe she changed the title again? It went from Yellow Prada’s to Stilettos to Killer Stilettos.

And she finally figured out the title to her first book in her White Trash and Pill Heads series, A Family Shindig.

Also, while I’m relaxing on the couch watching my favorite shows she’s been reading everyone's’ posts. She’s been frustrated because Blogger has lost her reading list. So she’s been reading through Feedly.com. But she can’t figure out how to leave a comment through this media. Sometimes computer and cyber stuff isn’t Mummsy’s thing.

Today, Daddy-o gets what they call a port so he’ll be in surgery this afternoon. Mummsy says he looks like a human popsicle or a lollipop. It makes him laugh.  Hair Ball says he tastes more like a salt lick though.

Okay then. I just wanted to check in and say ‘hi’ and wish everyone good luck with the A to Z Challenge. So if you excuse me, I’ve got a TV to watch. Looks like North Korea is up to no good. The world leaders need to seriously learn the art of butt huffing. It would solve their problems. We fur-peeps have never had to discuss war. Nor do we have the desire to make a missile to blow up the world.

Lots of Licks,

Sir Poops

PS Anyone know when the Price is Right will be on? I love that show.

  1. I love The Price Is Right, too.

And I'm constantly changing the titles of my writing projects. One will stick eventually, I figure.

  4. Poopsie, you are our hero and I agree about the butt huffing or maybe it should be changed to hugging--anyway--way cool ideas. I'd vote for you. Love, Fiona.

  5. Prayers for Daddy-o's surgery Sir Poops. I'm sure all will be well anyway.

Constant title changes or not, so glad to hear Mummsy is writing. Always a good thing to make progress on projects.

And Sir Poops, I like your way of thinking. Maybe we should have all the diplomats butt huff then realize that all this war talk is just nonsense.

Enjoy your shows. Sorry, not sure when The Price is Right will hit come on :-(

    1. Thank you for the prayers. And with butt huffing...if there's a problem it's taken care of immediately and usually involves one not a whole nation.

Watching 20/20 now. There's a lot of crazy people out there.

  12. Hope you were able to watch The Price is Right, Shelly. I haven't watched the show in years but know someone who is an expert on the topic since the show's inception with Bob Barker.

The title of my second book changed several times and had to be changed again at the last minute when I realized it could be a copyright issue.

Shelly, I tried to bring up your link from your book (up on top of blog), it wouldn't work. Better check on that. It might be me though. I'll share the blog, however.

  17. Titles can be SO hard! It took me a year to come up with the one I have, and I thought for sure my publisher would pick another. Nope. Guess they couldn't think of anything else. lol
