HB: Yeah. Hi, everyone.
SPAL: We’ve got a couple of surprises.
HB: Yeah. We do. Glowstick is back. He’s my buddy. Not yours, pansy boy.
SPAL: That’s fine with me. I like him and all. But he likes to poke my eyes and nose and pull my ears. I’ll just stay in my house.
HB: Good. He’s all mine to play with.
SPAL: Besides the Glowstick we want to help a special fur-peep and his Mummsy do a coming cover reveal, July 29th, next Monday. So tell the nice people your name.
DOG: Hey, I am a Dog so I have not published anything but my big Mom has, here is her amazon author link and a new book is coming soon! http://www.amazon.com/Siv-Maria-Ottem/e/B00AEO3CSY
SPAL: ***gasps*** Your name is Dog? Oh my…Well, what breed are your?
DOG: Nova Scotia Tolling Retriever
HB: You know what pansy here says about the word dog? It’s a bad word.
SPAL: ***elbows Hair Ball and whispers to him***Don’t tell him that, stupid. He doesn’t need to know that. ***He then casts his glance to Dog*** So Who’s your proud parent, Dog?
DOG: Well, I guess you could say that I have not one proud parent....I am a member of a pact! I live sometimes with my mom and dad and sometimes with my sister. She is cool, but having a human puppy soon...Kind of scary if you ask me!
HB: We have a sister, too. No-No. But she moved to Israel and got married to a Yakov. Me and pansy-boy miss her real bad.
SPAL: ***frowns***Yes. We do. Her room was a 24 hour buffet with interesting smells and piles of clothes. Speaking of, does your pact write, draw, or paint?
DOG: Such a creative family...They do all that stuff!
HB: Our No-No made stuffed owls and now she’s helping with the creation of a children’s book.
SPAL: And our Mummsy writes. Its fun to hang out with her when she’s in her writing world because we know she’s going to be in one place for a while. Do you like hanging out with your pact while they work on their projects?
DOG: Not really, I usually hang out with my brother Max, the cat! We like to just take a nap together when they all start this creative stuff.
HB: You mean you don’t like sitting in their laps? Or at their feet? Or on their keyboards or crayons?
DOG: NOPE, I like my space and stare from a distance. Although I do like to sneak up into their bed late at night when they are sleeping.
SPAL: Beds are good. Mummsy’s and Daddy-O’s bed is the best.
HB: Yeah. It is. So is Daddy-O’s watermelon and Mummy’s carrots and apples. What do you and they like to nosh on? And would you be willing to share?
DOG: Bacon...Bacon and more bacon...I do not share! Sometimes when I sneak around and snatch some food they get mad, but hey....food should never be left alone, especially bacon.
HB: Bacon? You don’t share?
SPAL: He doesn’t either, DOG. ***he looks at the nice people*** But we’d like to share where everyone needs to go to see the cover on Monday and the blurb. Go here Monday to see the cover
The Blurb:
In the realm of the gods and fairy tales the mystery of life is an endless path with many secrets to be discovered. Some secrets are like dreams, just waiting in darkness hoping to get into the light.
“Secrets of the Ash Tree” is the story about Liv, a young woman who discovers her true nature through the unraveling of hidden secrets. Her adventures begin when she digs up a chest that was buried by her father under the old ash tree in her garden. What she finds inside the chest changes her life forever. Liv discovers one secret after another and is thrown into a world full of dangerous and strange creatures, mighty Norse warriors and perils beyond her belief. What started out as a fairy tale in her father’s journal was to become her legacy, a guide line to survival, and a map to the world she was about to enter. Each day, each mystery, each encounter will ultimately reveal her true destiny and behind the edge of a sword awaits a young god who is willing to share that destiny with her.
HB: This sounds really good.
SPAL: We’re going to download this.
HB: Yeah. We are.
